With the planned swearing in of Raila Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka inching closer, the Wiper leader has maintained that the event will go on as planned even as he insisted that that is the only way to get justice.

Speaking in Homa Bay during NASA People's Assembly meeting, Kalonzo who had been trying to push for a dialogue between the opposition and President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee, said that dialogue is no longer an option and that their swearing in is unstoppable.

The Wiper boss added that his position on the need to hold a dialogue as opposed to swearing in almost put him at loggerheads with their supporters who were keen on their oath.

" Our supporters almost turned against me because of my position on the need for dialogue. We have now taken them head on until we get justice, " said the former Vice President.

According to NASA CEO Norman Magaya, the swearing in of the duo which is planned for January 30 will take place by 10: 00 am. However, a major showdown is looming between the coalition and state aparatus and Nairobi City County over the use of Uhuru Park.

The County Government has suspended the use of the facility until further notice. But NASA insists that their function will be held at the facility.
