Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has been faulted by Gusii region Wiper leaders for calling for a meeting in Machakos.
Speaking separately to Hivisasa the Wiper leaders said that the party affairs were not just Kamba affairs but National matters.
Borabu Member of Parliament Ben Momanyi who was elected on a Wiper ticket in the August 8 elections said that Mr Musyoka could have called for the meeting in a cosmopolitan area.
"It could have been better if the meeting was called on a cosmopolitan area like in Nairobi or Mombasa," he said.
Mr Momanyi, however, maintained that they would support Mr Musyoka's political plans.
Kisii chapter Wiper Secretary-General Charles Birundu said that the meeting was timely but not conveyed in the right way.
"We also want to be part of the decision-making process because Wiper is the party that we believe can help Kenyans," he said.
This comes just a day after Mr Musyoka held a Wiper meeting where leaders from Kitui, Machakos and Makueni counties were invited.
