Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has a dark political future, says former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile.

Ndile criticized Kalonzo for failing to turn up for NASA leader Raila Odinga's controversial swearing in as the People's President at Uhuru Park in Nairobi on Tuesday.

He said it was unwise for Kalonzo to snub the event stating that no leader will ever trust him for the move he took after skipping the inauguration.

Ndile addressed the press at his office in Nairobi on Wednesday.

"No one will trust Kalonzo and I think he might have just ended his political career when he skipped the Tuesday's Raila swearing in," Ndile said.

On his part, Kalonzo said he was still part of the opposition despite skipping the event alongside Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya's Moses Wetangula.

"We talked with my colleagues Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula and when it was clear we couldn’t make it, we asked Raila to proceed. We are very united, Jubilee remains illegitimate government and we will do everything possible to get electoral justice," he stated.
