Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has said that he does not regret fighting to have the Ocampo Six charged within the country for crimes against humanity.
Speaking during an exclusive interview on Citizen, Kalonzo said that he had good intentions for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto.
The former vice president also said that his shuttle diplomacy mission was meant to ensure justice for Post-election Violence (PEV) victims.
"No regrets, I did my best. I was doing duty for my country. I was standing in the gap to make sure the suspects received fair trial, and the victims of the post-election violence also received justice," Kalonzo said.
Leaders from different parts of the nation have been accusing the former vice president of lacking a stand when it comes to matters of national interest.
Kalonzo has, however, maintained that he is not a watermelon as he has been labeled by some leaders. The Ukambani political kingpin has affirmed that he is going for the nation’s top seat amidst claims that Cord Raila Amolo Odinga has been named NASA flag bearer ahead of the August polls.
