Deputy President William Ruto has said that the scuffle brewing between and Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka is minor, adding that it can be resolved.

Ruto, who spoke during a tour in Ukambani, said that Kalonzo recognizes that President Uhuru’s government has done a lot since it took over the leadership of this nation following the last general election.

He said that the former vice president has nothing against Uhuru, adding that they only slight differences with him.

“Even our brother Kalonzo agrees with Uhuru’s leadership, you heard him say he has no problem with President Uhuru Kenyatta, he only has a slight problem with me,” said Ruto, as quoted by CitizenTV.

On his part, President Uhuru condemned leaders who are asking Kenyans to vote on tribal lines as we head to the August general elections. The head of State argued that time for tribal politics is long gone.

He called upon the residents of this part of the nation to back his re-election in order to reap the fruits of being in the government. He further took a swipe at the leaders aligned to National Super Alliance (NASA) accusing them of spreading propaganda instead of competing on issue-based agenda as they seek to unseat him from power.
