Cord co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka has said that it easy to verify whether National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale is behind an audio clip promoting hate speech.
Last week, an audio emerged online with a man alleged to be Duale inciting Garissa residents against Kamba community in the area.
According to Kalonzo, technology has made it easier to verify such clips within a short period of time.
"These days, it is very easy to match voices and authenticate it," said Kalonzo.
Kalonzo stated that in case Duale is found guilty, the opposition will petition the International Criminal Court to carry out further investigations because speaker has broken international laws.
Duale has since blamed his opponents for fabricating the clip.
