Former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka has revealed that he does not understand why many people treat him with suspicion.
According to the Daily Nation, his uncharacteristic quiet and withdrawal personality have worked against the Wiper leader. The talk of Kalonzo leaving NASA has unearthed the watermelon ghosts that are threatening to kill his political dream prematurely.
“I have heard claims that I have been paid millions by Jubilee to quit NASA. These are people who do not know me. Why is it that I attract such suspicions? I respect myself,” stated Kalonzo.
When quizzed about his 2007 fallout with his current friend Raila Odinga, Musyoka confirms that it was Raila who abandoned him in ODM-Kenya and joined Imanyara’s ODM.
“I was made to look like I am the one who left, yet I stuck in the party and Raila left. I am not good at propaganda; I guess that is why,” said Musyoka.
The Wiper Democratic Movement leader says he is being pushed out of NASA both internally and externally. However, Musyoka says he is in opposition to stay.
“They are in for a surprise because I am in NASA to stay. I want the country to know that I am determined to run for the Presidency of the Republic of Kenya on a NASA ticket,” Mr Musyoka said.
