National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Kalonzo Musyoka has spoken out over President Uhuru Kenyatta’s meeting with the leaders from the lower eastern region.

Kalonzo claims the Kamba leaders that took part in the meeting and vowed to support the president had ‘no clout on the ground’.

In a counter move he called and hosted a meeting with other elected leaders in the region in an attempt to come up with a plan that will cancel out Jubilee’s influence in Kamba land.

The National Super Alliance presidential running mate also called for the immediate release of former Machakos senator, Johnstone Muthama following his arrest over hate speech.

Kalonzo along with his fellow NASA leaders visited Muthama and have criticized his arrest by detectives.
