Kalonzo Musyoka has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta for snubbing opposition leader Raila Odinga during the Madaraka Day in Nyeri.
The Nasa Deputy Presidential further said his alliance will hold an all-inclusive event next year, if and when they ascend to power.
"It is NASA's promise to the people of Kenya that Madaraka Day 2018 will serve as a uniting factor for the people," he said.
According to Musyoka, President Kenyatta and his deputy used the event to campaign for their re-election
"This was a clear demonstration of the divisiveness with which Jubilee has run this country for the last four years," Kalonzo said in a statement.
During the event that was held in Nyeri, Central Kenya, Odinga was not given a chance or even acknowledged, as the President and his deputy ran the event without a word on him.
Kenyans took to social media to express their displeasure after the incident, with many Nasa supporters clearly agitated.
