Kitui senator aspirant Enock Wambua has said that it will only take 2.5 million Kamba votes for Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka to rise to power during the upcoming general elections.
Speaking to the Star, Wambua said that the community has the numbers and they should target 2.5 million registered voters in order to enable their own Kalonzo to unseat President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto during the forthcoming general polls.
“Kambas must target to register at least 2.5 million voters to enable Kalonzo Musyoka to successfully claim a stake on the presidency,” said as quoted by the Star.
The aspirant, who is also a veteran journalist said that if the community manages to register the said voters then Kalonzo will walk to state early in the morning not as a visitor but the next president of Kenya.
“If they do that [get vote cards] Kalonzo will win the presidency early in the day,” he added.
On his part, Kalonzo has affirmed that this time round he is not ready for diplomacy as far as presidency is concerned. The Ukambani political kingpin has also insisted that he is the right candidate to change this nation upon election.
