Kalonzo Musyoka now wants President Uhuru Kenyatta to divert his attention on arresting Garissa Town MP Aden Duale rather than ‘threatening’ opposition leader Raila Odinga.
While Duale allegedly called for eviction of Kamba community from Garissa, Odinga is said to have cautioned Maasai community against selling of ancestral land, remarks which have ignited political fire from either of political divide.
“Let Uhuru divert his attention to arresting Duale rather than threatening Odinga. We are tired with such threats,” said Kalonzo at Kitengela on Tuesday.
The former Vice President added: “Duale is on record for calling eviction of Kamba community from his place. I really wonder why they trivialize minor issues.”
Odinga’s remarks caused jitters among the Jubilee politicians who called for his arrest although he has since dismissed them.
And a fiery Odinga also challenged Uhuru to arrest him further accusing him of spearheading tribal hatred through his appointments in government for the last four years.
