Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has criticised persons who are against the devolution system of governance.This follows reports that there are plans by some MPs, to amend the Constitution, and allow them appoint governors and some County government officials.Kalonzo dismissed the proposal, saying it makes him panic, over the future of devolution, and Kenya's new Constitition."I heard that some people want to do away with Kenyans electing governors. They want governors to be appointed by MPs. This is unacceptable,'' Kalonzo said, as he received Wiper Tana River county gubernatorial aspirant."This makes me panic. It makes me have jitters over the future of our country. Devolution must be respected,'' he added, Friday.
