Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has warned President Uhuru Kenyatta over failure to hold dialogue with the National Super Alliance.
Speaking in Machakos on Friday, Kalonzo said that Uhuru should take responsibility for anything that will happen in the event dialogue does not occur.
“If the country and there is actiive conflict you (Uhuru Kenyatta) will have been seen to have intended,” said Kalonzo.
Kalonzo further warned Attorney General Githu Muigai against threatening to charge Raila with treason in case he takes an oath of office as planned.
Kalonzo said that Raila cannot be hanged because the Supreme has outlawed capital punishment, meaning that the death sentence will not be valid.
NASA is planning to swear in Raila on January 30th as a means of pushing for electoral justice.
The opposition is pushing for dialogue but a Jubilee side has remained adamant over the matter.
