NASA deputy presidential flag bearer Kalonzo Musyoka has trashed reports in some sections of the media that he could abandon Raila Odinga before the repeat presidential poll slated for October 26.

Kalonzo says that reports doing rounds on social media are false and meant to scuttle the opposition.

The Wiper Party leader claims that President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party is behind the claims with aim of weakening NASA ahead of the repeat presidential poll.

Speaking in Machakos Town on Sunday, Kalonzo said that he is NASA to stay.

"I want to tell Jubilee that they will not succeed in scuttling NASA and stop our dream of liberating the country," he said as quoted by the Standard.

Kalonzo said that Jubilee's goose is cooked and there is nothing they can do right now.

He said that UhuRuto is headed home.

Kalonzo also said that NASA will not stop its quest to have IEBC reformed before the repeat presidential poll.

"We are determined to fight to for reforms and make sure that repeat election is free, fair and credible"  he added.

Kalonzo asked NASA supporters to remain firm ahead of the poll.

Last week Tiaty MP William Kassait claimed that Kalonzo will soon abandon Raila.

The MP also claimed that Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula and Amani National Congress (ANC) Musalia Mudavadi will also ditch the opposition.

NASA top leaders will today lead their supporters to protests in a bid to fight for reforms at IEBC.

NASA is seeking to push IEBC  CEO Ezra Chiloba and other top officials out for allegedly bungling the August 8 presidential election.
