Unsettled Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka now says President Uhuru Kenyatta is at liberty to agree or decline to meet him along with two other NASA principals.
Since last week, Kalonzo, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula have been pushing for all inclusive dialogue following Uhuru's meeting with Raila Odinga.
And on Wednesday, Kalonzo insisted that it was paramount that Uhuru met the other three NASA principals before the national dialogue is rolled out.
"We also want to meet Uhuru before we initiate a national conversation. We can't allow dialogue between two individuals," he said.
The former Vice President added: "But I am not desperate to meet him. He is at liberty to secure a meeting with us or not."
The Wiper, Ford Kenya and ANC faction has opposed the deal between Uhuru and Raila, arguing that it is not inclusive.
Details of the surprise deal between the two leaders remain scanty even as the ODM wing unanimously endorsed the pact.
