Wiper Democratic Movement (WDM-K) party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said leaders from Ukambani who ditched his party for Jubilee doesn't deserve re-election.

Speaking during a campaign rally at Masinga market in Machakos County, Kalonzo urged voters to reject aspirants who went against him to join President Uhuru Kenyatta-led party.

"I am tired and fed up of political turncoats who use my name and influence to clinch power and later betray the Kamba. I urge the voters to punish them during the August polls," he said on Monday, as quoted by Standard Digital.

The NASA presidential running mate called for the election of 'Wiper army', in reference to voting only for Wiper candidates in next month polls.

He said Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua, Mwingi Central MPJoe Mutambu and other party rebels wrote their political obituaries the moment they ditched Wiper, the party they used to get into their current positions.

Other MPs who decamped to Jubilee are; Regina Ndambuki (Kilome), Kisoi Munyao (Mbooni), John Munuve (Mwingi ) and Richard Makenga (Kaiti).

Also, Senator David Musila, former Wiper chairman, quit the party after losing in party primaries to Kitui Governor Julius Malombe.

He is seeking to unseat Malombe as an independent candidate.
