This was said on Thursday in Kawethei area Kangundo sub-county by Elgeyo marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen as he attended the burial of Marakwet Deputy county commissioner Benedict Muasya.

The senator said that the dreams of the Kamba tribe of ever leading the country will never come true until their leader Kalonzo Musyoka defects from Cord.

"I would advise my brother Kalonzo Musyoka to join jubilee where he may get lucky to be the president after Deputy president William Ruto in 2027, if not he will go home empty handed," reckoned Murkomen.

However, Kangundo Constituency Member of Parliament Kyengo Maweu differed with Senator Murkomen where he noted that there's no time Kalonzo will  join jubilee coalition adding that the Cord coalition is not sinking and that will be clear after 2017 elections.

"Come rain or sunshine Kalonzo will never join jubilee," said Maweu.
