Led by Kathiani MP Robert Mbui, the leaders said that the team is not only misled but also wasting time campaign for Uhuru.

“We are surprised by remarks expressed by election losers regarding the coming presidential election. It makes no sense for people rejected by voters to purport to speak on their behalf,” Mr Mbui said, as quoted by Nation.

Musila and other 18 leaders aligned to Former Prime Minister from Ukambani  had promised to ensure that Uhuru garners a number of votes from the region to enable him retain power.
