Former Lamu Woman Rep Shakila Abdallah has expressed confidence that NASA leader Raila Odinga will win the repeat presidential election.Shakila, who is the Wiper Party deputy leader, said Raila’s style of politics is appealing to Kenyans and he will beat President Uhuru Kenyatta with huge margin on October 26.Speaking to journalists in Lamu Town on Thursday, Shakila assured Kenyans that Odinga’s presidency will bring real transformation to the country.She said Raila is the father of democracy, adding that this time round his stab at the presidency will not flop.“Raila Odinga will defeat Uhuru by a landslide as he did in the August 8 election that declared Uhuru winner and was later nullified by the Supreme Court,” said Shakila as quoted by the Star.Shakila claimed that Raila’s victory was stolen, adding that Jubilee does not have the numbers to win.She said Kenyans are tired of Jubilee’s poor leadership and are yearning for change.The former Lamu Woman Rep vowed to lead door to door campaigns in a bid to ensure Raila garners majority votes in the repeat poll.The Wiper deputy leader lost the Woman rep seat to Ruweida Mohamed Obbo of Jubilee party in the recently concluded general election.President Kenyatta’s Jubilee party scooped majority of seats in Lamu, including the governor seat which was won by Fahim Twaha.On Wednesday, Governor Twaha assured UhuRuto of the county’s votes in the repeat presidential election.
