Former Lamu Woman Representative Shakila Abdallah has criticised former Wiper party Secretary General Hassan Omar for joining Jubilee party.
Shakila has termed Omar's move to Uhuru's party as desperate and meant to seek for political favors.
Speaking to journalists while leading NASA anti-IEBC protests in Lamu on Monday, the Wiper party deputy leader said that Omar move to Jubilee is meaningless.
She said that the former Mombasa senator has nothing to offer to Jubilee party and that he has committed political suicide.
"Omar's move to Uhuru's party is inconsequential and will not prevent Mombasa and Coast residents from voting for Raila Odinga in repeat presidential election" she said as quoted by the Star.
The former Lamu Woman Representative accused Omar of lacking respect for NASA top leaders who he said mentored him politically.
Shakila told Omar that he will not benefit in Jubilee adding that his political fate was sealed in the August 8 general election where.he unsuccessfully contested for the Mombasa governor seat.
On Sunday, Omar officially joined president Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party.
The former senator vowed to lead UhuRuto's re-election campaigns across Coast region.
