Wiper Party will next month convene a National delgates meeting in Nairobi to dicuss party issues among them the party's future in NASA.

Accroding to the party national organising secretary Robert Mbui, the delegates meeting has been set for March, 2016.

Mbui notes that the meeting key agenda will be to review and assess its relevance in NASA and also chart way forward in regards to Kalonzo Musyoka's 2022 presidential bid.

The Kathiani MP also says that the meeting will audit the party's performance in regards to the 2017 general election.

Mbui says the meeting will be chaired by party leader Kalonzo Musyoka with over 10,000 delegates expected to attend.

"We will be convening our national party delegate's meeting next month to discuss key party issues and majorly our membership to the NASA coalition," he told journalists on Saturday in Kathiani.

Speaking in Kangundo Town on Saturday, former Machakos senator Johnson Muthama also confirmed the March ,16 meeting.

Muthama said that the meeting will be majorly to asses its performance in last year's polls and strategize for 2022.

The former Wiper senator said that the party is keen to strengthen and popularise it's relevance across the country ahead of 2022.

The Kalonzo Musyoka led party plans to hold at least two meetings in Kitui and Mcahkos before the delegates meeting on March 16.

There have been claims of cracks in NASA with some affiliate parties threatening to quit the coalition.

The alleged cracks and suspicions  are  said to be revolving around the sharing of parliamentary positions.

Kalonzo's party openly complained of being shortchanged on parliamentary positions.

The Wiper leader failure to attend Raila Odinga's inauguration as the people's president on January 30 saw him him get negative criticism with some politicians claiming that he is not committed to NASA agenda.

On Friday during the ODM National Delegates meeting, Kalonzo said that they (NASA) are united and focused on the electoral reforms agenda.
