Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr has said that Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has no place in Jubilee because the house is full.
According to Kilonzo, the former vice president’s political rise is only in the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy. “The options he has are limited to the extent that if he wanted to join Jubilee, he must contend with the fact that Jubilee is a full house that is overflowing.
His upward mobility is only in Cord,” said Kilonzo. He added: His options of going as an individual are available to him to take him so far. If he decides to go it alone and therefore end up in a post-election coalition arrangement his options are still in Cord.”
Kilonzo’s sentiments come at a time when they have been speculations that Wiper leader is likely to ditch Cord. Kalonzo political future has remained unclear after Amani National Coalition leaders hinted that he is ready to work with the former Prime Minister to unseat President Uhuru Kenyatta from office come 2017.
On the other side of the nation, Ali Hassan Joho has distanced himself from claims that he wants to be Raila’s running mate after Kalonzo and other leaders accused him of weakening Cord.
