An ODM member of parliament has called on Cord co-principals to always accompany leader Raila Odinga on campaign trails as a way of strengthening the coalition.
Alego Usonga's George Omondi has urged Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his Ford Kenya counterpart to assist Odinga get votes instead of compelling him to step down as the coalition flag bearer.
Omondi who was speaking in Siaya said that it was wrong for the two leaders to seek endorsement yet they were doing less to market the coalition.
"I don't understand why you are coming up with this idea that Raila should endorse a different candidate to run for the presidency when you are not running the country with him to look for votes ," said Omondi.
Omondi who was elected on a Wiper ticket said that all Cord parties should first of uniting and form a strong coalition that will form the next government.
The lawmaker further blasted ODM Nyanza MPs for campaigning for Odinga within their constituencies instead of getting out the popularizing the opposition leader.
