Kaluma said Uhuru has never visited Homa Bay --the MP's home county-- since becoming President.

"You know the President of Kenya has never visited Homa Bay County. I want to remind him that Homa Bay County is also part of Kenya. It is one of the largest counties in Kenya which should give him more reason to visit," Kaluma said.

He also appealed Homa Bay residents to be ready to receive  ODM leader Raila Odinga, who is set to visit the region on Sunday.

"Our party leader Raila Odinga is coming to Homa Bay on November 27, I would like the people of Homa Bay to accord him a warm reception since he is the one we recognise as our leader," he added.

Kaluma urged Uhuru to serve Kenyans equally even those who never voted for him since he was the President of Kenya and not communities.

He made the remarks during an interview on Citizen TV's Power Breakfast Show on Friday.
