The 'Kitole' hitmaker and one of the Kamba's most celebrated star, Stephen Kasolo, has rubbished rumors by his 'haters' that he is a member of a dangerous cult.
"Tumwana tuu tungathiia ni maimu ti maimu ni vinya wa Ngai [These young men claiming it is the devil, it's not the devil but the power of God]." the singer wrote on his Instagram account.
Kasolo is an artist who has been through all sorts of pain.
While still in school, he lost his parents when he was still a very young boy and later his sister, then his brother later went mad as he watched.
He slept hungry, slept in the cold, lacked school fees and many other sufferings.
" Its only God who has made me who I am. I wonder how people react to other people's success. So they want to mean that God cannot lift me from my afflictions? " Kasolo posted.
Stephen Kasolo's first Album dubbed 'Ndikasyoka thinani' won Mwafaka awards in 2012 and in 2014 his single hit 'kitole' from the second Album won the Eastern song of the year in Groove awards.
The 'kitole' Album was able to bless a great number of people all over the country and that is why the hitmaker is making a good impact in Kenyan Gospel Industry.
