3b youth groups doing car washing businesses in Borabu constituency have a reason to smile after a leading Borabu aspiring MP donated 3 modern car washing pumps.
The 3 groups, Chepilat, Nyansingo and Manga car washing groups were identified by Dr. Nyandoro Kambi as part of efforts to motivate youths from the region.
Speaking at Gesibei Primary School on Wednesday, Kambi urged the area youths to desist from depending on white collar jobs and instead become innovative in order to boost their living standards.
“Whenever I see our youths coming up with something extraordinary, I get touched. The time has come for them to desist from depending on white collar jobs and become innovative by generating ideas that can be supported to give a positive outcome,” he said.
Nyandoro urged members of the 3 youth groups to open saving bank accounts in a bid to save the income they generate from the business and use the proceeds to expand their businesses to create employment.
“These youth groups have to open saving accounts to save whatever small earnings they get from the business. With time, they can be able to open big business that can create employment for other fellow youths within this region,” he added.
