Citizen TV’s Kambua took to Facebook to apologise to Jeff Kuria before pulling down the post which has angered Kenyans.

This follows the drama at the Vuka Mwaka Party at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru where netizens accused her of grabbing a mic from her Inooro TV colleague Jeff Kuria.

Netizens also accused Kambua of not giving an equal chance to her co-hosts Enid Moraa and David Oyuke.

Kenyans demanded an apology from the Citizen TV presenter for being very disrespectful to Jeff.

“Well, we are finally back in Nairobi. And yes, I have seen and read all (or most) of your comments. With all the stones being flung my way, I will in no way try to explain anything. So allow me to say this specifically to Jeff Kuria (my colleague at Inooro), and his fans as a whole. For all that may/may not have happened yesterday, I apologise. I'd hate to start this year with any bad blood. I value all of you, even the criticism (good and bad). Happy New Year. K.” Read the post which promptly came down, presumably from the heat the post elicited.

Royal Media Services (RMS) hosted Vuka Mwaka Party at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru. Size 8, Pitson, Gloria Muliro, Loise Kim were among gospel artists who performed at the party. The event aired live on Citizen TV giving viewers and revelers a chance to celebrate the crossover.
