The health workers led by Justin Mugere cited the missing of one of them as frightening and also interfering with their performance.

“On Monday we were on duty, we worked with Dr Abdallah until noon, later in the afternoon three people approached doctor and that is when he went missing, as a matter we wish police to investigate the matter,” Mugere said.

After the demonstrations, the health workers headed to Kangundo police post where they recorded statement on the same.

Kangundo Deputy County commissioner Serah Bwiria has confirmed the recording of statement on the missing doctor noting that investigations have been launched.

“It is been treated as a serious case and efforts are being made to trace him, I will ask that you give the CID office time to carry out investigations,” Bwiria noted.

Bwiria also asked residents to help the police with any information that will lead to finding out where Dr Abdallah is.

Family and friends are now calling on whoever may have information that may lead to finding Addallah to report to their nearest nearest police station.
