DP Ruto reportedly attacked Gideon Moi terming him as 'uncircumcised' man at the age of 52.

This brought mixed reactions from a section of Kangundo residents putting in mind that circumcision means so much to the Kalenjin community and one is not supposed to be a leader if he has not undergone that right of passage in life.

Speaking to them today Feb 22 most of them termed the insult as unacceptable by the Kenyan law.

According to Paul Muindi a bodaboda operator in Kangundo town, DP Ruto's insult to Gideon Moi was very bad and he was not supposed to utter such words publicly.

"It's too bad DP Ruto has insulted KANU chairman, by publicly terming him as 'uncircumcised' showed disrespect," said Muindi.

A business lady in the town by the name Priscah Mutindi said that DP Ruto is not above the law to insult former presidents son Gideon.

"No one is above the law in this country to insult other people. DP Ruto could have just sorted out the problem with Gideon Moi but not airing it publicly," said Mutindi.
