Baringo senator Gideon Moi has said Kanu will not join President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party.
Expressing himself through his facebook page, Moi hit out at Deputy President William Ruto saying he won't let him mislead his people.
"I will not allow William Ruto to dictate to me or force my people into one sack like potatoes, in as much as we are in the same boat to transform the lives of our people in Rift Valley and Kenya at large, we will not do it under duress from deputy president. " he wrote.
He added: "Let’s help address the plight of our people and shelve the political confrontations7 until when it’s time is due. Kenya is bigger than any individual. KANU will not join Jubilee Party."
Ruto told off Moi over his tour of Baringo county in the weekend accusing senator Moi of being confused.
"He and his party do not know whether they are in government or in the opposition," Ruto said.
