According to Miguna, Kariara has proven to Kenyans that both he and his presidential candidate Kaluyu have the problems facing Kenyans at heart.
Miguna also believes the move may earn the pair more votes come August 8th elections.
"Kariara has made the best move today. His move clearly shows that both he and his presidential candidate have the problem of Kenyans at heart and this may give them more votes come August 8th," said Miguna.
Miguna however reiterated that it was unfortunate for the other running mates to fail attending the debate.
He called on the running mates to stop blaming the media as they had been earlier informed of the debate.
"It was very unfortunate for the other running mates to snub the debate. They had been earlier informed of the debate and so it is inappropriate to shift their absence to the media in the country," added Miguna.
Deputy president William Ruto and NASA's running mate Kalonzo Musyoka also failed to attend the debate.
