Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua has launched a scathing attack on National Super Alliance (NASA) under the leadership of Former prime minister Raila Amolo Odinga for meddling into the affairs of the independent Boundaries and Electoral Commission(IEBC) ahead of the forthcoming general elections.

Karua, who spoke to the press in Kimunye village, Kirinyaga County on Friday, accused Raila of making reckless statements against the electoral body, which she claimed is likely to land this nation in chaos after the August general elections.

"The Nasa leaders are issuing irresponsible statements, which can degenerate into anarchy and make Kenya ungovernable," said Ms Karua, who is contesting against former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru in the Kirinyaga gubernatorial race.

She asked security agencies in the nation to take an action against any leader spreading messages of hatred as we head to the polls. "Politicians engaging in activities likely to lead to bloodshed should not be spared," she said.

Earlier on, President Uhuru Kenyatta had also faulted Raila for making remarks that are likely to plunge this nation into trouble after the polls. The opposition leader has, however, denied the allegations, arguing that Uhuru and his team are now spreading propaganda against NASA with less than two months to the next general polls.
