The High Court has now granted Narc-Kenya leader Martha Karua's application to be given access of IEBC's electronic system.
Ms Karua, who is disputing the election of Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru, was also granted the access to certified copies of forms 37A and 37B.
These are related to the outcome of the August 8 election regarding election of the Kirinyaga governor.
High Court judge Lucy Gitari also ordered the granting of access to the commission's ICT system between November 3 and November 10.
“I order that during the read-only access to the system, all parties should be present while the High Court Registrar oversees the process,” directed Ms Gitari.
She however declined to order IEBC to make the Kenya Integrated Elections Management System (KIEMS) kits available for scrutiny because they had already been forwarded to Nairobi for configuration in preparation for Thursday’s repeat presidential election.
