Katine Queens Football Club has intensified its training at Tala Girls grounds ahead of this weekend's clash with Matetani starlets.The team which will be playing its first women league season will be hoping to register a win after signing new players.The last time Katine Queens locked horns with Matetani starlets was in 2017, where Katine Queens claimed a 3-1 win.The two teams have been having tough times in the previous seasons with some of its players withdrawing from participating in major matches for personal reasons.All eyes will be on the two teams which have been the only ladies' team within Tala Kangundo constituency to feature in the top tier leagues.The winner of this Saturday's match will clinch a sole ticket to represent Kangundo constituency in the Machakos women County cup slated for next month.
