Education CS Fred Matiang’i has released the national examination dates.

Oral tests for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) will start on October 23 while the written papers will be done between November 6 and 29, 2017.​The Kenya Certificate of Primary Examination (KCPE) exams will start the papers on November 1 with rehearsals done on October 31.

Matiang'i reached out to the IEBC to schedule the repeat presidential election at least one week before October 17 so that students get enough time to prepare for the exams.
