The Ministry of Education says it has put in place measures that will ensure this year's national examinations are conducted with the highest level of integrity.
Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Chief Executive Nancy Macharia has further noted that the government had taken steps that will facilitate a smooth examination period.
Speaking at the Moiben sub-county headquarters in Uasin Gishu county on Monday when she presided over the distribution of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination materials, Macharia assured that the ministry will deliver credible results.
She pointed out that all loopholes that were facilitating examination cheating had been sealed.
"We started the process of delivering a credible exam last year and gaps that we saw have been sealed as at now we have infused integrity in our examination system," Macharia said.
"KCPE was finished well last and we are now focusing on ensuring KCSE is also done well as everything has been put in place," she added.
