The Kenya Defence Forces on Monday began the search for 2000 recruits to join the military.
The exercise kicked off in 16 sub- counties across the country amid high alert on corruption that has characterized previous exercises.
This year's exercise kicks off under the scrutiny of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, the National Intelligence Service (NIS), Transparency International and the media.
Over the past few years, the exercise has been marred by many incidents of corruption, but since the year 2013 the incidents have drastically decline due to keep monitoring.
