Peter Kenneth has officially launched his campaign for the Nairobi gubernatorial race amidst all the hostility regarding the coveted seat.
During a rally on Wednesday he claimed that he was not open to decisions that were arrived at on a consensus.
The former presidential aspirant had earlier this year tossed his cap in the political race but awaited nominations so as to determine who would lead Jubilee in the much coveted position.
His bid was however met with rejection from Sonko’s team thus forcing the party to try and reach a consensus on who was fit enough to lead
the Nairobi county.
He however stated that he was not interested in sitting down with people whose intentions were to insult him.
Senator Mike Sonko had earlier reiterated that he was not ready to hold a consensus with Peter Kenneth and would not even consider having
him as a running mate.
