KeNHA Board of Directors led by the chairman Eng. Erastus Mwongera and Senior Management paid a courtesy call to Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, on Wednesday.

They deliberated on how to collaborate and partner to ensure all road infrastructure projects being undertaken by KeNHA within the County of Nairobi are in line with the approved integrated Nairobi County Master Plan. 

KeNHA Director General Eng. Peter Mundinia briefed the County leadership on the interventions the Authority is currently undertaking within the County. 

This include the rehabilitation and capacity Enhancement of James Gichuru - Rironi (A8) Highway funded by the Government of Kenya and the World Bank Group.

Other issues deliberated include: encroachments and road side developments and illegally erected publicity signs, pedestrian crossings and walkways and construction of footbridges along the Thika Superhighway.
