National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has accused the Jubilee government of driving the nation deep into corruption.
Adressing supporters during a vote hunting mission in Mathare Nairobi county Sunday,Odinga further accused the government of ignorance accusing it of standing watch as the trend continues.
''Jubilee has been unable to counter the increasing corruption in the nation.Despite promising to eradicate the menace before coming to power,it has done completely nothing and as a result the trend is on the increase.The nation is now playing in the corruption premier league,'' said the former Prime Minister.
Odinga further accused the Jubilee government of applying cunning tactics to paralyze his Presidential bid for the August general elections.
He alleged that Jubilee is branding some of the opposition strongholds as election violence hotspots in a bid to fuel urban to upcountry migration.
''Jubilee is now branding some of our regions as violence hotspots to scare our supporters into leaving for upcountry and this is meant solely to weaken us.Lets not be cheated that there will be violence in any part of the nation,'' he said.
Odinga will be deputized by former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka in his 4th shot at the post.
