The national men’s volleyball team is preparing to face giants Ghana in their group stages of the African championship.
Group B, where Kenya is pooled, also has Tunisia, and Libya and the matches will also be used as World Championship qualifiers.
The tournament will be held in Cairo, Egypt, and begins today Sunday.
Statistically, Kenya and Tunisia are the group favourites as the North Africans are ranked 24th with Kenya coming 50th in the world FIVB rankings.
Ghana and Libya come at positions 95 and 118 respectively.
