We understand he receives orders from his boss, Mr Kenyatta who is not above the law," said Bensouda.France 24, reported that the Netherlands-based court Chief Prosecutor had visited victims of war crimes in Mali, when she added: "He may have succeeded in compromising laws of his country, but he will not do so to this court if chaos erupt in Kenya."She made the visit on Thursday, when she added: "You cannot force citizens to vote when they feel their rights are being breached. An election that is conducted in almost a quarter of the country is not a presidential election. That may bring more divisions as President should be a symbol of unity. And so some Kenyans will assume he is a community representative.”Fatou Bom Bensouda a Gambian lawyer and international criminal law prosecutor, once tried Kenyatta in 2012 over 2007/2008 post election violence.
