[Photo|MoH]The Ministry of Health has sent delegates to the First WHO Global Ministerial Conference on ending Tuberculosis in the Sustainable Development Era, in Moscow.Led by Principal Secretary Julius Korir, the delegates are expected to sign a Ministerial Declaration at the Conference.The declaration contains bold commitments by countries to accelerate action to end TB and meet the milestones towards the 2030 SDGs.This will inform the UN General Assembly High Level Meeting on TB in 2018.The conference kicked off November 16.
