Chrismas has come early for one Nancy Asiko Anyango after she was appointed the Director of Internal Audit and Inspection by International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Asiko will be in charge of IMF's internal control and governance processes.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration from the USIU-Africa.

Asiko will succeed Clare Brady, who left the global lender earlier, with her appointment set to take effect in February next year.
