Dola Indidis, a Kenyan lawyer, on Saturday revealed that he is set to seek a declaration judgement on the petition meant to overturn the trial and conviction of Jesus Christ.
In 2013, the lawyer took his petition to the Netherlands-based court of justice after his bid to file the case was thrown out the Kenyan High Court in the year 2007.
Speaking during an interview on K24 TV, the lawyer explained why he was disappointed following the unlawful killing of his client (Jesus even after he was found not guilty.
"Indeed it is very crucial to me both as a christian and as a lawyer hear my client was unlawfully killed. I remain with the judgement and sentence and on the face of it the judge says he was not guilty and in deed in his own words he says but i find nothing wrong with this man.
"Then why was he sentenced to death" In deed I hold that in the best interest he should have been killed the way they killed Stephen. He should have been lynched but he should not have been killed with authority and seal of the court," lamented Mr. Indidis.
The layer says that he is seeking to achieve the nullification of the judgement and sentence he considers unlawful.
"Judgement and sentence passed upon Jesus Christ of Nazareth was bad in law and therefore should be declared null and void. so i want a declaratory judgement, that's all I want," he concluded.
According to the Bible. Pontius Pilate ordered Jesus Christ be crucified due to pressure from Jews who wanted him executed despite declaring that the Messiah was innocent.
