Kenyan traders in the border town of Isibania have complained of harassment by Tanzanian authorities. They say that they encounter a lot of bureaucratic difficulties every time they try to get goods from or into Tanzania with police demanding bribes.''We cannot do business in peace. We are intimidated by Tanzania's customs officials. The police there want us to pay bribes,'' an angry Jane Wangari, a businesswoman, says. This comes in the context of growing tensions between the two East African neighbours that continue to strain business relations between the two.
