Kenyans living abroad want the creation of a diaspora corporation and bank. The Kenya Diaspora Alliance (KDA) argues that such a move would help attract savings and assets outside the country.Shem Ochuodho, the chairman of KDA, reiterated on Saturday that talks are being conducted to determine how effectively to implement the idea.''We are talking with business lobbies and regulators to see how we can implement the idea. The diaspora want the assurance that their assets and cash will be safe in the country,'' he said.
