A section of Kenyans have sent their congratulatory message to president elect, Uhuru Kenyatta.
This is after he was declared by the chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Wafula Chebukati.
According to IEBC, Uhuru beat his main challenger the National Super Alliance presidential candidate (Nasa) Raila Odinga by obtaining 8, 203, 290 votes which amounts to 54.27 per cent
On the other hand, the ODM leader garnered 6, 762, 224 votes which amounts to 44.74 per cent.
