Leaders elected and those aspiring to vie for political seats should ensure Kenyans are united despite their political differences.

As at now, eight legislators from both Jubilee and Cord are facing incitement charges over their remarks which could raise political temperatures in the country.

As such, Kenyans should evaluate those interested in seeking seats for MP, ward rep, senator, woman representative, governor and even the presidency.

Many of the current leaders who were elected in 2013 have done little development in their respective area while others have promoted nepotism in the country.

Some have failed to fight corruption.

Come 2017, Kenyans should open up their eyes to kick out leaders who have done very little regarding their election pledges during the 2013 campaigns.

Most leaders who were elected to serve the people from different counties, constituencies, wards, their track records are wanting.

Majority have only helped their relatives to secure good jobs at the expense of those who have qualified for the positions.

They have proven to be biased in terms of CDF and county bursary allocations. Thank God CDF has been absorbed and now it has a new terminology National Development Constituency Fund.

Leaders need to understand that Kenyans need quality leadership and services.

Several corruption scandals have been witnessed in CDF allocations, NYS monies which call for concerted efforts from all Kenyans to fight the vice.

Leaders should end nepotism in their constituencies, wards, counties and in the country for residents to be able to have access good jobs if not not such leaders should be  voted out.
