Front pages of the dailies on Thursday morning were all reporting that ODM party leader Raila Odinga had been admitted at Karen Hospital over food poisoning.

Apparently many pro-Raila supporters went berserk on social media questioning who poisoned the former Prime Minister's food. 

It even took the intervention of popular radio show host Gidi Ogidi and Ghost Mulee of Radio Jambo to try and explain what food poisoning really is.

A tweet has also been trending on social media under the hashtag #BabasJujuBackfires where a section of Kenyans are claiming that Raila suffered food poisoning after a dosage from his Nigerian witch doctor went wrong.

However, some Kenyans distanced themselves from the juju links and wished the opposition chief quick recovery.
